Life is full of surprises one minute you're drowning in anxiety and the next second you're soaring in achievements beyond imaginations. I too was in a situation where I nearly had a crazy rendezvous of experiencing death, not literally although in terms of how I am handling the difficulties and dealing with adulthood. How did I undertake these seemingly annoying times you ask? Well, a few realisations hit sit me like a surge of sand dunes when I inhaled the my last will....and the biggest one made took me beyond the materialistic, it was "You are still you!!" How I wish I had the exposure you have in today's time, hence this piece of writing only for you my Veeres.  So, I watched the most hyped movie of this year 'Veere Di Wedding' and being the social media fanatic, I was seriously impressed by the efforts put by girls along with the entire team in bringing out the new story content every week paired with pictures and buzzing them all along!  So just like many of you, I watched the first day first show and blimey!!! Women! Who is your best friend? Pads,Tampons OR Menstrual Cups... Today on Menstrual Hygiene Day, my take on  Menstrual Routine is more related to comfort, mindset and knowledge! Whatever you use is directly connected to how u began!  Mostly Asian girls (I am referring to city girls here) are exposed to Sanitary Pads when they get their first periods as they are easy to place and change according to the flow of the blood!
